Each year CMEC hosts our annual meeting where members receive a report of the cooperative’s financial position, elect board members and vote on by-law changes.

Members will have the opportunity to vote at the meeting in-person, through online voting or absentee. At each meeting, three of the nine director spots comes up for election for a three-year term. Members also get to vote on any recommended bylaw changes. 

It's not all business though. Come for fellowship with your fellow members, experience what local vendors have to offer and for a chance to win exciting door prizes!
