The Cooperative Youth Conference and Leadership Experience, or CYCLE, is a four-day conference held in Jefferson City and St. Louis each summer. In attendance are some of the brightest young leaders in Missouri. The program teaches students about electric cooperatives, leadership skills, and the Missouri state government. It includes nationally known speakers, a day at the state Capitol, and other fun activities. 

The year's date is July 14-17, 2026. To be eligible, high school sophomores must attend school in the cooperative's coverage area.
