The Cooperative Youth Conference and Leadership Experience (CYCLE) is a three-day conference held in Jefferson City each summer. CYCLE brings together some of the brightest young student leaders in Missouri to teach them about electric cooperatives, leadership skills, and Missouri state government.
Student delegates will experience the legislative process first-hand, hear presentations from guest speakers, and work on special team projects. CYCLE includes nationally known speakers, tours of Missouri museums, a day at the Missouri State Capitol and other fun group activities.
How to Apply
High school sophomores are eligible if their parents or legal guardians are current members of CMEC and maintain full-time residency within the cooperative's service area. To be considered as a delegate, submit your application to the cooperative.
